Afenyo-Markin And Minority Caucus Donate GHS 2 Billion To Adum Fire Victims
The Minority in Parliament, led by Minority Leader Hon. Alexander Afenyo-Markin, has paid a courtesy visit to the victims of the Adum fire outbreak.
This visit followed an earlier announcement by the Minority, stating their intention to take time off their busy schedule to engage with victims of the Adum fire outbreak in Kumasi on April 14, 2025.
Addressing the affected traders, Hon. Alexander Afenyo-Markin and members of the Minority Caucus expressed their heartfelt sympathy and solidarity.

They revealed that prior to the visit, they had come together to raise funds, successfully contributing GHS 200,000 in support of the victims.
Hon. Afenyo-Markin further assured the victims that additional support is underway, with plans already far advanced for a more substantial contribution in the near future.
