Ambassador Sam Pee Yalley Has Reportedly Passed Away
Ambassador Sam Pee Yalley, Ghana’s former High Commissioner to India and a prominent figure in the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has passed away. He died on Sunday, April 6, 2025, at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital after a short illness.
Throughout his distinguished career, Ambassador Yalley served as a lawyer and held various public service positions, including Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the National Pensions Regulatory Authority. In 2014, he was appointed Ghana’s Ambassador to India by then-President John Dramani Mahama.
