The prestigious Praise Achievement Awards (PAA) has officially unveiled the nominees for its landmark 5th Edition, following a star-studded ceremony held on Sunday, 18 October 2026, at the African Regent Hotel in Accra.

Anchored by the theme “Celebrating Greatness, Honoring Excellence,” the ceremony brought together gospel music luminaries, established and emerging artistes, pastors, producers, label executives, media practitioners and other stakeholders from Ghana’s gospel music industry and beyond.

Nominees attended in strong numbers as contenders were announced across competitive and honorary categories celebrating excellence, creativity and impact in gospel music.

Reaching its fifth edition marks a significant milestone for the awards scheme, which continues to spotlight the people, music and platforms contributing to the growth of gospel music in Ghana, across Africa and within the diaspora.

This year’s official list spans artistes, vocalists, songs, albums, music videos, events, broadcasters, media platforms, producers, instrumentalists, groups and other contributors to the gospel music ecosystem.
