Popular gospel singer and pastor Nathaniel Bassey has warned married men who engage in extramarital affairs with young women, as well as women who knowingly involve themselves in such relationships, cautioning that serious consequences await them.

In a video currently making rounds online, Bassey spoke to a congregation, emphasizing that married men who mislead and take advantage of young women would face divine judgment and public humiliation.

He added that disgrace would be inevitable, noting that such actions could be exposed openly, even on social media platforms.

“You are a married man going around deceiving young girls, leading them on. Some even go as far as sleeping with them. I place a demand on the grace of God upon my life: if you try it this year, you won’t survive.

“Your shame will not be erased; it will be on social media. You take a lady to a hotel, you lie while you are married—you will not come out alive from that hotel,” Bassey said.

The gospel minister also addressed young women who deliberately enter relationships with married men, blaming their actions on greed and the pursuit of material gains.

He warned that such conduct would attract severe consequences.

“Feel free to take my words lightly. You too, as a lady, if you know in your heart that the man is married, but because of greed, attention, Brazilian wigs, hair, or a Louis Vuitton bag you go ahead, you won’t survive it,” he cautioned.
