I Create My Lyrics Randomly – Piesie Esther Reveals
Ghanaian gospel sensation Piesie Esther has opened up about her unique songwriting process, revealing that many of her lyrics come to her spontaneously.
In an interview on Hitz FM with Andy Dosty, the celebrated singer explained that unlike many artists who follow a structured writing routine, her inspiration often strikes in unexpected moments.
According to Piesie Esther, her creativity flows naturally, sometimes emerging during prayer, chores, quiet reflection, or even in the midst of everyday activities.
“My lyrics come randomly,” she admitted. “I can be doing something completely unrelated, and suddenly a line or a melody will drop in my spirit. When that happens, I quickly record it before the idea slips away.”
She emphasized that this free-flowing creative process is one of the reasons her songs carry deep spiritual messages that resonate with listeners. Piesie Esther believes that many of these ideas are divine, given to her in moments she least anticipates.
