Ghanaian businessman and philanthropist Ibrahim Mahama has urged citizens to put aside political and personal differences and unite for the nation’s growth.

Speaking to a group of creatives in Kumasi, Ibrahim Mahama the founder of Engineers & Planners stressed that Ghana can only develop if its people work together, regardless of background or affiliation.

He encouraged collaboration and humility, saying, “If you live in a country where help is needed and you don’t help, you are a stupid man. You can’t be the richest man in the cemetery. One day, you’ll die and leave everything behind. Let’s work together and forget our differences.”

He reminded Ghanaians that leadership positions come and go, emphasizing unity over division: “We will always have one president and one MP. You can’t hold this country like that. People have come and gone, so let’s use our time here to support each other. There is no big man; we are all the same.”

Ibrahim Mahama is known for his philanthropic works across Ghana, supporting education, healthcare, and youth empowerment projects through his various foundations.
