“Marry One Woman For Peace Of Mind” — Gospel Singer Agnes Opoku Agyemang Advises Men

Veteran Ghanaian gospel singer Agnes Opoku Agyemang has advised men to stick to one wife if they desire peace of mind and a happy life.

Speaking in an interview with ZionFelix, the “Aseda” hitmaker shared her thoughts on whether men should marry one woman or more. She explained that in today’s world, true peace comes from being committed to a single partner.

According to her, things were different in the past when polygamy was common due to traditional and practical reasons. In those days, men often married multiple wives to help with farming and household responsibilities. However, she questioned the relevance of that lifestyle in modern times.

Agnes Opoku Agyemang further warned that having several wives could lead to stress, confusion, and even shorten a man’s life if not managed carefully.
