Policemen Wanted To Shoot My Father In Our House Over Debt – Piesie Esther
Gospel powerhouse Piesie Esther has shared a startling revelation about her early life, recalling how police officers once pointed guns at her father during an attempted arrest over a debt.
In an exclusive interview on Hot 93.9FM’s social talk show AyeHu, the award-winning singer opened up about the hardships her family endured before she rose to fame.
“My mother was married, but life was really tough… hardship forced my father into exile. He was a responsible man who gave us all the love a parent should,” she recounted.
She further revealed, “I remember a time when armed policemen came to our house to collect a debt from my father. He resisted arrest, and at that point, they cocked their guns at him.”
