Pastor William McDowell Survives Accident, Gives Glory To God
Renowned worship leader Pastor William McDowell has shared an emotional testimony after surviving what he described as a potentially fatal car accident.
According to reports, McDowell credited his survival to divine intervention, calling the incident a “demonic attempt” on his life.
Details of the crash are still emerging, but McDowell revealed that the accident occurred when he struck a massive black bear while driving home after dropping off his children at school.
Despite the severity of the impact which deployed all airbags and left his car completely totaled McDowell walked away without injury.

Taking to Instagram to express his gratitude, the pastor and recording artist shared a heartfelt post, quoting Psalm 34:7 and writing:
“I cannot be silent anymore. I have to testify because it FAILED!
I was praying while driving home after I dropped my kids off at school and a huge black bear ran out of the woods into the road right in front of me, straight into my car and I hit it. I didn’t even have time to swerve or hit the brakes. All of my airbags deployed and my car is totaled!”
McDowell’s testimony has drawn messages of support and thanksgiving from fans and followers around the world, with many joining him in praising God for his miraculous escape.
