Don’t Waste Your Energy On Money, Women, And Property – Perez Musik Advises
Ghanaian gospel musician Perez Musik has shared a thought-provoking message about life’s true priorities, urging people not to waste their energy fighting over money, women, or property.
Speaking in an interview on Bryt TV, the award-winning artiste explained that many conflicts in families and communities often stem from these three things, yet none of them are worth the emotional toll and broken relationships they cause.
“Money, women, and property aren’t worth fighting for. At the end of the day, all these things are temporary. What truly matters is peace of mind, love, and living a purposeful life,” he said.
Perez Musik encouraged the youth especially to focus on personal growth, faith, and building a legacy that lasts beyond material possessions. He stressed that chasing wealth and worldly pleasures at the expense of one’s peace and integrity only leads to regret.

The gospel singer, best known for his hit song Hewale Lala, also reflected on how his own journey in music has taught him to value inner fulfillment over competition or the pursuit of material things.
He concluded by urging Ghanaians to foster love, unity, and understanding in relationships and families, instead of letting disagreements over money or property tear them apart.
