During the visit, the NDC donated GH₵50,000 to the bereaved families and GH₵10,000 to the church. Mr. Nketiah expressed deep sorrow over the loss, especially for families who lost multiple relatives, and conveyed the sympathies of the NDC and former President John Mahama.
