Burkina Faso’s leader, Captain Ibrahim Traoré, has reportedly turned down an invitation from the U.S. government to visit President Donald Trump, citing his full commitment to serving the people of Burkina Faso as his top priority.

According to a report shared by Middle Eastern Affairs on X, President Traoré emphasized that national duties take precedence over diplomatic niceties, affirming his focus on internal development over external engagements.
