Court Drags Agradaa Into More Trouble Over Leaked Video Of Pastor
Evangelist Mama Pat, popularly known as Nana Agradaa, has once again been summoned to court, following her recent 15-year sentence for fraud.

On Monday, 7 July 2025, a judge at the Accra Circuit Court ordered that the founder of Heaven Way International Ministries be transported from Nsawam Prison to appear in court for a final verdict in a separate, ongoing legal case. This case was initiated by fellow preacher Reverend Appiah, also known as Appiah Biblical.

Agradaa’s lawyer revealed the latest court order during a media interview after the court session.

Addressing the press following the proceedings, Reverend Appiah Biblical noted that Agradaa’s legal team had tried to have the case thrown out. However, the court dismissed their application and instructed the defence to present their case.
As a result, a warrant was issued for Agradaa’s appearance at the next court sitting, which has been scheduled for 30 July 2025.
The case originates from a protracted dispute between Nana Agradaa formerly a traditional priestess and Appiah Biblical. Years earlier, Appiah filed a lawsuit against Agradaa and others, alleging that he had been assaulted by individuals he believed were acting under her orders.
He also accused Agradaa of leaking a private video showing him allegedly involved in inappropriate acts with a married woman. The footage was aired without his consent on Thunder TV (now rebranded as Today’s TV) and widely circulated on social media in 2021.
The feud reportedly began after a conflict over GH₵10,000, which Agradaa claimed had been taken from her by Appiah Biblical. Following Appiah’s police complaint, Agradaa was arrested and charged with possession of indecent material.
On 18 July 2024, the court granted her bail, setting it at GH₵200,000 with two sureties.
Appiah further accused Agradaa of defamation, alleging that she mocked the leaked images and even printed his photos on alcoholic beverages she marketed at the time.
