Edward Akwasi Boateng Takes Diana Asamoah’s Advice And Plans To Start Uber Services

Renowned gospel musician Edward Akwasi Boateng has revealed plans to venture into the Uber business, making use of a car he recently received as a gift from Prophet El Bernard Nelson Eshun.

The veteran artiste was in the spotlight in 2024 after he publicly shared the struggles he had been facing in recent years. Following this revelation, several well-wishers stepped in to support him, and he was gifted a Toyota saloon car.

After receiving the vehicle, fellow gospel artiste Diana Asamoah advised Edward to use it for Uber services as a means of generating income. The suggestion, however, initially sparked a public disagreement between the two, with Edward expressing his displeasure at the time.

Now, in an exclusive interview with Tony Best on Akoma Mmre on Akoma FM, the “Makoma So Ade” hitmaker has had a change of heart. He disclosed that he has reconsidered Diana Asamoah’s advice and is now open to using a second vehicle—recently gifted to him by Prophet ElBernard for commercial purposes.

“Only a fool refuses to listen to advice,” he said. “I have accepted Diana Asamoah’s counsel and plan to use the Honda for Uber services very soon.”

He added that his approach to the ride-hailing business would be unique: “My kind of Uber will be different. I won’t pick just any passenger. I’ll focus on wedding couples, funeral guests, and special occasion clients.”

Edward further emphasized how challenging life has been lately, sometimes forcing him to take out loans to get by.
