The Ghanaian cedi held steady against major foreign currencies on the interbank market at the close of trading on Wednesday, May 21, 2025.
Data published by the Bank of Ghana shows the following average interbank exchange rates used by commercial banks:

The US dollar was bought at ¢11.8441 and sold at ¢11.8559.
