Veteran Gospel Legend Yaw Sarpong Passes Away
Legendary Ghanaian gospel musician and founder of the Asomafo gospel group, Yaw Sarpong, has passed away.
His manager, Nana Poku Ashis, confirmed the news to Myjoyonline.com, though details surrounding his death have not yet been made public.
His passing comes just weeks after the death of Maame Tiwa, a prominent member of the Asomafo gospel group, a loss that shook the gospel music community.
