Turkey experiences another atrocious disaster

The year started on a calamitous note for the people of Turkey.

Turkey is still recovering from the remains of the earthquake which stroke them in February claiming lots of life and properties, of which caused the tragic death of Ghanaian footballer Christian Atsu.

Few weeks after that drastic earthquake, another despicable incident has occurred.  Turkey this time around was deluged by heavy rains. It took place at Sanliurfa in Turkey which appears to be a part of earthquake affected areas.

With footages that have surfaced the internet at the time of the happening poses the situation to be a very menacing one. The scene is a very awful one as we see the struggle for life.

Fourteen lives have allegedly been lost prior to the flash flooding.

We are being left in dismay as to what exactly is going on with Turkey.

Meanwhile, the burial date for the late Ghanaian footballer Christian Atsu who suffered a catastrophic death due to the Turkey-Syria earthquake is on Saturday the 18th of March, 2023. He will be buried in his hometown at Dogobome with thanksgiving service at the forecourt of the state house in Accra.
