The 24-year-old is set to undergo a medical before signing a long-term contract with Spurs. BBC Sport reports that West Ham initially turned down a £50 million offer before accepting the revised bid.
Kudus, who has an £85 million release clause, joined West Ham from Ajax in 2023 for £38 million. Since then, he has made 65 Premier League appearances, scoring 13 goals and providing 9 assists.

Despite interest from at least six other clubs, sources say Kudus was keen on a move to Tottenham.
