In a recent Facebook post, she urged the youth to stay hopeful and determined despite life’s challenges.

Drawing from personal experience, Delay reflected on a period in her life when she couldn’t afford even the most basic necessities, including food.

Reflecting on her journey, Delay expressed deep gratitude for how far she has come since launching her food brand, Delay Foods, over twenty years ago.

“It feels like just yesterday when I couldn’t afford a decent meal. Today, the small food business I started—Delay Foods—now boasts 10 product variants! And we’re just getting started! I’m talking about 2004,” she wrote.

She also opened up about one of the most difficult periods in her life, revealing that she once faced homelessness and uncertainty about her future as a young woman struggling to find direction.

“I had nowhere to live and no idea what to do with my life. Sitting here now, I can’t help but wonder what I did right for God to show me this much mercy,” she shared.
