The New Music Group Taking Giant Steps! Steve O and The Broken Chains Releases New Song ‘Aseda Nka Wo’
Steve O and The Broken Chains is a non-denominational gospel group of young people, creating positive and passionate experiences through the ministry of music.
The group’s goal is to lead their audience into God’s presence through their music. renowned for being a group that is inspired by the Holy Spirit and is passionate about fostering a serious “worshipful” environment for our listeners, both in person and virtually.
The group was formally launched on Sunday, November 26, 2023. The group’s headquarters are in Takoradi, which is in Ghana’s Western Region. Stephen Owusu, a well-known producer, songwriter, and music director, started the group.

Steve O and the Broken Chains had a two- day live recording ( 20th and 21st January, 2024) in Takoradi and recorded their first album dubbed ‘Moments With Him’ and which 21 beautiful songs.
The group has 35 singers and a 12 member band.
They have released 8 songs from the album: Aplace, Ma Ensi Me Yie and Shekinah Glory, For my Good, Yehyira wo, My firm foundation, I AM and their latest Aseda Nka Wo.
