The court granted conditional bail with the following restrictions:
Bail Conditions:

Partey must not contact any of the three alleged victims, either directly or indirectly.
-
He must inform the police in writing of any permanent change of address.
-
He is required to notify the police at least 24 hours in advance if he intends to travel outside of England.

Partey must be present at the next scheduled court hearing.
The midfielder is expected to return to court on September 2, 2025, at the Old Bailey in London, where the case will continue.
