Sista Afia Blasts Female Musicians For Not Supporting Her
Ghanaian musician Sista Afia has voiced her frustration over the lack of support from certain female artists in the industry.
In a recent interview with DJ Slim on Daybreak Hitz, she expressed disappointment towards those she has assisted but who have not reciprocated by promoting her music. She stated, “Don’t ever do shows and call me. They know themselves.”
Sista Afia also highlighted the broader challenges faced by female musicians in Ghana, noting that their efforts often go unrecognized. She emphasized her own dedication, mentioning that she works tirelessly, sometimes sleeping only three to four hours before returning to her craft.

Despite her hard work and numerous performances, she feels that people have not paid adequate attention to her contributions, which she finds disheartening.
