Secular Artiste iOna Reine Switches to Gospel Music
Secular Ghanaian Artiste Mercy Onuawonto Sam widely known as iOna Reine has had a new rendition of music in her singing career thus the evolution of gospel music. The songstress after a couple of back to back hits in secular music has redirected her focus to gospel music and prior to this has released a new ailing titled ”INTENTIONAL”.

This new diversion has stemmed from reports after the songstress makes it publicly known to have given her life to Christ. According to her, she had an encounter with God which expedited this decision. Not only is she focusing on the gospel music but also telling the world about the urgency in repentance in some posts she made on social media precisely Instagram.

iOna Reine though a singer, is also a Professional midwife who has always had a special place in her life for music having done it for so long as she can remember. She however started music professionally two years ago and was nominated for the Ghana music award USA, new artist of the year category among others. She has over the years been known for bangers like Obra, Could this be love, Chop block, Someha among others.
