QNET Does Not Offer Travel Or Employment Opportunities – Compliance Lawyer Naana Quartey
Naana Quartey, Compliance Lawyer for QNET Ghana, has firmly stated that the company does not offer employment or travel opportunities as part of its business model.
Speaking at a stakeholder engagement held at the Accra Marriott Hotel, Quartey clarified: “QNET is not a travel agency, nor are we a recruitment agency. We do not provide jobs or facilitate travel abroad. Any such claims made in our name are false and should be treated with suspicion.”

Her remarks follow a surge in reports of fraudsters falsely using QNET’s name to promise job placements or international travel in exchange for money. These scams have harmed the company’s reputation across West Africa and contributed to growing public skepticism.
QNET, a global direct selling company, reiterated that its primary business is product distribution through independent representatives. Representatives earn commissions from product sales—not from recruitment or facilitating visas.
The session also spotlighted QNET’s anti-fraud initiatives, including the creation of a compliance committee office in Ghana, partnerships with law enforcement, and strategic collaboration with the media and influencers to combat misinformation.
“Our mission is to empower individuals through quality wellness products and entrepreneurship—not through job offers or overseas travel promises,” Quartey added.
QNET is urging the public to report any suspicious activity involving false representations of the company. It reaffirmed its commitment to transparency, accountability, and public education across its African markets.
