Nominees of the 24th Vodafone Ghana Music Awards to be announced on 18th March
After submissions, the board, study team, and VGMA secretariat have been busy reviewing the work completed for 2022 to guarantee that only the most qualified candidates are included on the nominees list.
The Vodafone Ghana Music Awards will honor the most worthy artists after several weeks of thorough listening, reviews, and analysis of data, lyrics, and production.
The Vodafone Ghana Music Awards issued a request for award-deserving works created between January 1 and December 31, 2022, to the music industry and its partners barely three weeks into 2023. The business had enthusiastically responded by the 15th of February with dozens of submissions.
The announcement will take place on Saturday, March 18, 2023, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on a few radio and television networks that are Media General and VGMA partner stations. Additionally, it will be accessible live through various Social Media accounts, the Ghana Music Awards website, and blog sites.

The BIG 5 Categories—BEST NEW ARTISTE, RECORD OF THE YEAR, ALBUM OF THE YEAR, VODAFONE MOST POPULAR SONG, and ARTISTE OF THE YEAR—will be revealed in the concluding announcement at 9 o’clock.
The night will also feature some of Ghana’s best musicians giving outstanding shows.
