My Song With McBrown Will Come Out Soon – Obaapa Christy

Gospel singer Obaapa Christy has revealed that she is teaming up with celebrated actress and TV host Nana Ama McBrown on an upcoming song expected to be released soon.

In an interview with Hammer Nti, Obaapa Christy shared that the track has already been recorded but still requires some final touches before it is officially released. She added that both she and McBrown plan to meet again soon to complete the project.

Praising McBrown’s talent and versatility, Obaapa Christy described her as a naturally gifted woman who excels in everything she does. “We’ve already worked on the song it’s in progress but not fully complete. We’ll definitely sing it together; she has to finish her part. That woman, if you give her the chance, she’ll do everything herself,” she said with a laugh.

This collaboration follows the memorable moment during Obaapa Christy’s 20th-anniversary concert in 2022, where Nana Ama McBrown stunned fans with a surprise performance of The Glory, one of Obaapa Christy’s hit songs.

Before taking the stage that night, McBrown shared an inspiring message about gratitude and faith, encouraging the audience to cherish life despite its challenges.

“Whenever I get an opportunity like this, I count my blessings and see the gift of life as vital, no matter the situation. Whether good or bad, I don’t go to bed worrying — I leave everything in God’s hands,” she said.

McBrown concluded with a heartfelt reminder: “If you are alive today, be grateful for the gift of life and trust God, because He alone knows what tomorrow holds.”
