MOG commemorates 10 years marriage anniversary
Ghanaian contemporary gospel singer, song writer and pastor Nana Yaw Boakye who goes by the stage name MOG, celebrates 10 successful years of his marriage.
He acknowledges the progress himself and his wife have made over the years and how transformative they grew as time went by. He sees it as journey of no return as he says, ”I will love to do infinity years with you. There is no turning back. We moveeee”.

MOGMusic At the age of 14, Elohim hitmaker began his career in the music industry. In 2016, he released his debut album, New Wine. The album was well received by his fanbase across the country, and it garnered him a nomination for Album of the Year at the African Gospel Music Awards. MOG released a single hit, Making it Big, in which he partnered with renowned Ghanaian vocalist Sarkodie. He has also worked and performed with a number of other gospel performers, including Ohemaa Mercy, Joe Mettle, Denzel Prempeh, Jekalyn Carr, Danny Nettey, Nii Okai, and Ron Kenoly. Elohim, Be Lifted, King of Glory, M’agyenkwa, You are great, Awesome God, New Wine, Better Me, and others are among his vinyl pressings.

The singer’s triumphs in Ghana’s music world have not fallen flat. He has earned the following accolades and nominations for his powerful songs: 2019 – African Gospel Music Awards for the Outstanding Male Minister of the Year category (Nominee) 2019 – African Gospel Music Awards for the Outstanding Collaboration Song category (Nominee) 2019 – Contemporary Gospel Music awards for the Worship Song of the Year category (Winner) 2020 – Vodafone Ghana Music Awards for the Male Vocalist of the Year category (Winner) 2020 – Vodafone Ghana Music Awards for the Producer of the Year category (Winner).
