Ken Kuranchie Declares Ameyaw-Akumfi Innocent Of All Charges

Ken Kuranchie, legal counsel for Prof. Christopher Ameyaw-Akumfi, has affirmed his client’s innocence following his detention by the National Intelligence Bureau (NIB).

Prof. Ameyaw-Akumfi is currently under investigation by the NIB over financial matters linked to his tenure as Board Chairman of the Ghana Infrastructural Investment Fund (GIIF).

The investigation centers on financial approvals made during Prof. Ameyaw-Akumfi’s tenure at GIIF.

While full details remain undisclosed, Ken Kuranchie emphasized the importance of due legal process and expressed confidence in his client’s innocence.
