Joycelyn The Lady Painter: From Struggling To Employing 4 Workers
Joycelyn Asiedu, but many know her as Joycelyn The Lady Painter, a determined young woman who turned life’s struggles into a thriving career in painting.

In an interview with ace blogger and creative leader for Hypes Media Sir Isaac, Joycelyn revealed that the idea to venture into painting came from a friend, who also happens to be a footballer. Before that, she had tried her hand at multiple skills and businesses, but none brought her the success she hoped for.

“I didn’t have a good educational background, and I had tried so many things fashion design, selling ladies’ wear and bags but they all didn’t work out for me,” she recounted.
Before stepping into the painting profession, Joycelyn worked as an admin at a tech company. However, her passion for painting pushed her to take the leap. Today, she runs her own business, doing various types of painting, including skimming, exterior and interior painting, as well as POP work.

Joycelyn explained that she often uses online advertisements and door-to-door marketing to secure clients. Her hard work has paid off she now have four workers, whom she pays every month.
“I’m willing to train more people, especially ladies, so they can also make a living from this skill,” she shared.
From a poor background to becoming an employer, Joycelyn’s story is one of resilience, determination, and the courage to start over until you succeed.
