This decision comes after the musician allegedly failed to honor their out-of-court settlement agreement.
According to Bullgod, Shatta Wale was supposed to cover his legal fees and issue a public apology, but to date, the ‘Gringo’ hitmaker has yet to fulfill his part of the deal.
He further revealed that some industry players, including VIP, attempted to mediate and settle the issue privately, but Shatta Wale has failed to honor his part of the agreement.
Bullgod emphasized that his decision to take legal action against his former artist is not about money but about accountability.
Despite their long-standing friendship with its ups and downs, he insisted that Shatta Wale would always remain his “junior brother” regardless of their conflicts.
Although the matter is still pending, Bullgod has formally initiated legal action to compel the court to enforce the agreement.
