If You Don’t Make Time, You’ll Never Have Time – Pastor Brian urges Gen Zs

The Convener of the International Youth Empowerment Summit (IYES), Pastor Brian Amoateng, has shared a powerful principle that he believes young people can embrace to achieve their dreams.

Speaking in an interview on Joy Prime’s Changes, he stressed the importance of cultivating the habit of making time for daily activities in order to live a balanced and well-structured life.

Reflecting on his own journey as a family man with multiple responsibilities, Pastor Amoateng explained:

“I intentionally create balance. If you don’t make time, you’ll never have time. We all have 24 hours, but I make time to find balance. Otherwise, I might give more attention to either my family or my ministry. Over the years, I’ve learned to strike that balance.”

He emphasized that effective planning is the key to success, noting that everyone—both rich and poor—has the same 24 hours in a day, but it is how one organizes that time that determines their progress.

As a youth empowerment advocate, Pastor Amoateng urged young people to be intentional in planning their lives so they can achieve their goals before the age of 60. To this end, he has included time management and life planning as key topics in the 2025 IYES Summit, where he will share practical strategies for effective living.

The summit is scheduled to run from Wednesday, March 12, to Friday, March 14, 2025, at the UPSA Auditorium in Madina, featuring both morning (9 a.m.) and evening (5 p.m.) sessions. The event will climax with a National Youth All-Night Service on Friday evening.

Notable speakers expected at this year’s gathering include Apostle Joshua Selman, Nigerian gospel minister and televangelist; Dr. Michael Boadi Nyamekye of Makers House Chapel International; and Dr. Frank Ofosu-Appiah, among other renowned ministers of God.

The 2025 IYES Summit promises to be a transformative experience, equipping the youth with practical insights and spiritual guidance to excel in life and purpose.
