If We Do Not See Jesus In Scripture, There Is No Need To Read It – Evang. Dag Heward-Mills
Renowned Ghanaian evangelist and founder of the United Denominations Originating from the Lighthouse Group of Churches (UD-OLGC), Evangelist Dag Heward-Mills, has emphasized the centrality of Jesus Christ in Scripture in a thought-provoking message shared on his official X (formerly Twitter) page.

In the tweet, he wrote:
“If we do not see Jesus in Scripture, there is no need to read it.”
The statement highlights his long-held belief that the ultimate purpose of reading the Bible is to encounter and understand the person of Jesus Christ. For Evangelist Heward-Mills, Scripture becomes transformative only when Christ is at the center of its message.

His comment comes as a reminder to Christians everywhere to approach the Bible not just as a book of rules, stories, or inspiration, but as a divine revelation of Jesus the Savior, the Word made flesh, and the foundation of the Christian faith.

Dag Heward-Mills has consistently encouraged believers to develop a deeper, more personal relationship with Jesus, and to study the Bible with the goal of seeing Him revealed in every page from Genesis to Revelation.
If we do not see Jesus in scripture there is no need to read it. @Benny_Hinn #GTWC2025
