Joshua, who arrived in Ghana on June 13 to support Sharaf Mahama’s “Battle of the Beasts” boxing event, shared his delight, saying, “Visiting Ghana wasn’t originally on my agenda, but I made it here—and I’m truly amazed by the culture and the warm welcome I’ve received.”

He humorously added, “Nigerians have been lying to me; I can’t wait to go back and tell them how amazing Ghana is.”

The heavyweight champion also commended Ghana’s ongoing efforts to revive sports and expressed his commitment to initiatives that will help connect Africa to the global stage through new ventures.
