Ghanaian gospel musician Nhyira Betty has sparked laughter and conversation after admitting that she once believed Brazilian hair was for witches.

Speaking in an interview on Okay FM, the gospel singer shared how her perception of fashion and beauty has changed over the years.
“I used to think Brazilian hair was for witches,” Nhyira Betty confessed, explaining that she once held a very conservative view about women who wore wigs and artificial hair.
She added that her mindset shifted as she grew older and gained a better understanding of style and self-expression. According to her, there’s nothing wrong with looking good as long as it’s done decently and with the right intentions.
The ”Boafo Ne Awurade” hitmaker encouraged Christians, especially women in ministry, not to judge others by appearance but to focus on their relationship with God.
