I Don’t Charge But I Don’t Do Free Shows Either – MOGmusic
Acclaimed Ghanaian gospel artiste, MOG Music, has opened up about the fees he charges corporate organizations that invite him to perform at their events.

In an interview with DJ Popo on Cape Coast-based Property FM, monitored by Amansan Krakye, the award-winning singer explained that while companies are billed for his services, he does not charge churches for his ministrations.
“For corporate events, our charge is around Gh¢100,000. So if a company is hosting a program and wants me to perform, that’s the rate,” he said.

He clarified, however, that his principle regarding churches is different. “When a pastor invites me to perform at a church, my rule is that I don’t charge to minister in churches,” he noted.
MOG further explained that although he doesn’t place a fee on church performances, arrangements are usually handled through his management.
“You talk to my manager, let him know how much you are willing to support, and then we can work something out before I come to minister,” he added.
