I Can’t Accept A Sponsorship From A Condom Brand – Ceccy Twum

Ghanaian gospel musician Ceccy Twum has revealed that she would never accept sponsorship from a condom company, regardless of how attractive the offer may be.

Speaking in an interview with Nana Romeo on Okay FM, the award-winning gospel singer explained that certain brands do not align with her values and the core message of her ministry.

According to Ceccy Twum, every partnership a gospel artist accepts must reflect the calling they represent. She stressed that associating with brands that contradict her spiritual mandate could create confusion among her followers and compromise her integrity.

“I can’t accept a sponsorship from a condom brand,” she stated firmly. “As a gospel musician, there are certain things I cannot attach my name to. It’s not about money—it’s about what aligns with my ministry and what God has called me to do.”

Ceccy Twum added that artists must carefully evaluate sponsorships, as not all financial support is beneficial, especially when it has the potential to dilute their message or misrepresent their mission.

She made the remarks while on her media tour promoting her upcoming event ‘Gold Worship 25,’ scheduled for November 16 at the Charismatic Evangelistic Ministry in North Legon.

The gospel star emphasized that her priority is to honor God through her work, stay true to her beliefs, and remain authentic to the audience she serves.
