I Am Not stingy; I Give For A Reason – Sarkodie Clarifies

Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie has addressed rumors labeling him as “stingy,” clarifying that he prefers to give privately rather than in public.

In an interview, he explained that publicly handing out money can be disrespectful, and he chooses to support others discreetly. Sarkodie emphasized that his approach to giving is thoughtful and intentional, rather than for show.

He also mentioned that he is cautious with his finances, preferring to invest in assets like land over luxury items such as cars. This careful approach to spending has contributed to the perception of him being frugal

Sarkodie believes that genuine generosity doesn’t require public display and that meaningful support can be offered without seeking attention.
