She made this statement during an interview on Bryt TV, where she shared her honest perspective on how artistes supportor sometimes fail to support each other.

According to Ceccy Twum, while most gospel musicians do not request performance fees from fellow colleagues, it is still important for organisers or hosts to offer at least something to cover basic expenses like fuel and transportation.
She stressed that even though she does not demand payment from other gospel artistes, a small token shows respect and appreciation for the effort being made.

Ceccy Twum also expressed concern about another challenge some artistes face: poor communication. She revealed that in certain situations, after agreeing to invite a colleague for a programme, the host may promise to call back with details but never does. This, she said, creates unnecessary frustration and makes planning more difficult.
