Ewura Abena releases her first music “All Is Well” in 2024
After a successful “Rebirth Album” launch in 2023 with amazing streaming numbers across all digital platforms worldwide, the ‘Agye Me Nkwa’ and ‘This Far’ hitmaker Ewura Abena is back with another hit single she calls “All Is Well”.
In an exclusive interview on Hitz fm’s DayBreakHitz with doreen Avio, certain unexpected life turnouts inspired her new release, ‘All is Well’.
According to her, she lost her job five days only after she had released ‘It is Finished’ on April 7, 2023. Speaking with Doreen Avio, on Daybreak Hitz, she stated her dismissal was because she couldn’t meet a required target percentage at work.
“I released ‘This Far’ on 7th October 2022. It went well and that was after a long break from ‘Agye Me Nkwa’. Then on the 7th of April 2023, I released ‘It Is Finished’ and on the 12th of April, I was fired from work. It was like the ‘It is Finished’, finished my job,” she recounted.
She added: “It wasn’t as though I was given a prior notice but I was told I wasn’t able to hit the 24 per cent target, but then, I had done 23.8.”. She also added life challenges befall her any tihttps://web.facebook.com/hypesmediame she releases a new song, terming it a “repetition”.
“At that moment, it felt easy to think history was repeating itself. That is what happened to me previously. I release a song, and it does well, and then something happens, sometimes, I get an accident, I fall into diverse temptations of problems and I sink again”, she added. Ewura Abena further recounted the difficulties she experienced in securing a job after she was fired.
“From April to September, I was jobless and it was hard. It was very tough but I was still releasing albums and all those tours but no one knew it. When I went back after the launching in September last year, I went into one of the hospitals and they offered to give me a 5-hour part-time administrative work”, she said.

However, she stated Grace found her, and God blessed her with a new and suitable job. “In that time, glory to God, I had some personal space with God and I said I have seen You do this for me and I will say it is well with me and God encouraged me with words. I realise when we worry, we exalt the problem above the level it should be, but when we worship, we exalt Him and His promises over the problem”
