Courtroom Drama: Judge Threatens To Expel Diddy
During the ongoing federal sex trafficking trial of Sean “Diddy” Combs in Manhattan, U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian issued a stern warning to the music mogul regarding his courtroom behavior.

The judge threatened to remove Combs from the courtroom after observing him “nodding vigorously” at jurors during witness testimony, an action deemed as an attempt to influence the jury. Judge Subramanian emphasized that any interaction with the jury is unacceptable and could lead to Combs’ exclusion from the proceedings if repeated .
The incident occurred during the testimony of Bryana “Bana” Bongolan, a friend of Combs’ ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura. Bongolan alleged that in 2016, Combs physically assaulted her, including an incident where he purportedly dangled her over a 17th-floor balcony. Under cross-examination, Combs’ legal team questioned inconsistencies in her statements and suggested financial motivations behind her claims, noting her pending $10 million civil lawsuit against Combs.
Combs, who has pleaded not guilty to charges including sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and transportation to engage in prostitution, faces a potential life sentence if convicted. His defense maintains that all relationships were consensual and challenges the credibility of the prosecution’s witnesses.
