Be Careful Who You Call Your Friends This Year – Apostle Joshua Selman
Renowned Nigerian preacher and founder of Eternity Network International (ENI), Apostle Joshua Selman, has cautioned believers to be intentional and discerning about the friendships they form.
In a video circulating online, the respected cleric was seen addressing his congregation during a church service, where he delivered a strong message on relationships and spiritual wisdom.
“Be careful who you call your friends this year,” Apostle Selman advised, stressing that not everyone who appears close genuinely desires one’s growth or wellbeing.

He explained that friendships play a critical role in shaping a person’s character, decisions and spiritual journey. According to him, unhealthy associations can derail purpose, while the right relationships can encourage growth, accountability and alignment with God’s will.

Apostle Selman urged worshippers to value quality over quantity when it comes to relationships, adding that true friends are those who support one’s values, speak truth in love and stand firm in difficult times.
