Anyone Paid To Insult Me Will Be Dealt With – Empress Gifty Warns

Fresh off her big win as Artiste of the Year at the Ghana Music Awards USA 2025, gospel singer Empress Gifty has issued a stern warning to critics and detractors.

In a video shared on her Instagram page, the award-winning musician declared that anyone hired or influenced to insult her will be “dealt with,” stressing that she will no longer tolerate calculated attempts to tarnish her image.

Her remarks come in the wake of a viral TikTok video in which a vlogger alleged that Empress Gifty was mocking actress and TV host Nana Ama McBrown. The gospel artiste has since denied those claims, maintaining that her focus remains on her music and ministry.

“Anyone who is paid to insult me, I will deal with you. I am not afraid to defend myself,” she cautioned.

This is not the first time Empress Gifty has taken a firm stance against defamation and public ridicule. Earlier this year, she filed a GH₵20 million lawsuit against Evangelist Nana Agradaa, accusing her of making damaging statements.

Despite the controversies, Empress Gifty’s triumph at the Ghana Music Awards USA has solidified her as one of the leading figures in gospel music, with fans celebrating both her artistry and resilience.

The singer insists that while she will continue to spread her message of faith through music, she will equally protect her brand and reputation against what she describes as “orchestrated attacks.”
