Actress Roselyn Ngissah’s Mother Passes Away

Ghanaian actress Roselyn Ngissah has announced the heartbreaking loss of her mother, Elizabeth Ngissah, in a touching tribute shared on social media.

In an emotional Instagram post dated April 7, 2025, Roselyn reflected on her final moments with her mother, recalling a poignant memory in which Elizabeth asked for food shortly before her sudden passing.

Accompanying the post was a deeply heartfelt caption in which the actress paid tribute to the woman who had been her pillar of strength throughout her life. She described her late mother not only as a devoted parent but also as a nurturing figure to all who had the privilege of knowing her.

“To a dedicated educator, a mother to countless students, we pay tribute,” she wrote. “For over forty years, you’ve nurtured, guided, and inspired generations of learners. Your unwavering patience, kindness, and generosity have made a lasting impact on the lives of your students.”

Roselyn went on to praise her mother’s legacy, highlighting the lasting influence she had both inside and outside the classroom. “Your legacy extends far beyond the classroom,” she added. “You’ve helped shape the minds and hearts of many. We celebrate your selflessness, your passion for teaching, and your enduring commitment to making a difference. You are a true mother to many.”
